Quick answers

What South Florida drivers ask before they book.

Clear answers help clients choose the right path without guessing. Exact eligibility, coverage, timing, and pricing are confirmed in the written service record.

Does Quick & Easy provide mobile auto repair in Miami-Dade and Broward?

Yes. Quick & Easy provides eligible mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across listed areas of Miami-Dade and Broward. The booking flow confirms the vehicle, exact location, service type, and appointment availability before service is scheduled.

What are the Quick & Easy labor rates?

The published standard nonmember labor rate is $179 per hour. Elite members receive the lowest published member labor rate of $55 per hour. Parts, supplies, taxes, outside vendors, and separately approved charges remain additional.

When does a vehicle move from mobile service to the repair shop?

A vehicle moves into the coordinated facility path when the work requires shop equipment, extended repair time, a controlled bay, body work, or collision operations. The same client, VIN, estimate, approval, payment, and service history remain connected.

How does Quick & Easy Automotive Club membership work?

A client chooses an annual Essential, Core, or Elite plan for one eligible vehicle, enters client and VIN details, reviews the annual authorization, completes the approved secure payment step, and then creates portal access for service requests, estimates, appointments, payments, add-ons, and vehicle history.

Does 24/7/365 member access mean guaranteed round-the-clock repair dispatch?

No. It means members can use the digital member network and service-request system at any time. Physical roadside, towing, mobile repair, and appointment availability remain subject to the member plan, service area, written terms, safety, staffing, and vendor availability.
